As CIO, Garrett will lead Ruck Lane’s investment strategy, oversee portfolio growth, manage risk, and shape capital allocation decisions across its national platform of real estate portfolio companies. This appointment reflects Ruck Lane’s continued commitment to institutional excellence and innovation in delivering scalable, living sector-focused real estate investments for its pension, retail, and other institutional clients across Canada.

Garrett previously worked as the CIO at Spotlight Development, where he will transition to an Advisory Board role. He also previously served as Senior Principal, Real Estate, at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario.
