WINNIPEG, MB NOVEMBER 7, 2024Private Pension Partners (P3) today announced a major milestone in the growth of its platform, marked by an expanded geographic reach and a transformative new partnership with Ruck Lane

P3 offers a fully integrated real estate service platform to institutional and high-net-worth clients, including asset management, property management, leasing, and brokerage services, as well as investment opportunities in private real estate vehicles it manages. The firm manages Apartment Plus (A+) REIT, which offers a stabilized portfolio of premium and luxury multi-family properties in regional Canadian markets, with a current fair market value of $565M. P3’s mission is to create value in the experiences of its investors, staff, tenants, and the communities they live in.

The partnership with Ruck Lane brings deep industry expertise and critical capital relationships. Ruck Lane, led by Chuck Scott—former Canadian CEO of Cushman & Wakefield—is a newly established venture capital group committed to partnering with P3 to add scale to their platform.
